Position Summary
The Territory Manager – Sales & Operations is responsible for driving revenue growth through residential and commercial sales while ensuring operational excellence in the field. This role combines business development, customer relationship management, crew leadership, and job oversight. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is equally comfortable closing deals and managing field operations.
Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
* Sell residential and commercial power washing services.
* Meet with prospective customers to perform estimates and present service solutions.
* Follow up on leads and proposals to close business.
* Develop relationships with property managers, HOAs, commercial accounts, real estate professionals, and referral partners.
* Maintain an organized sales pipeline and consistently achieve sales goals.
* Represent the company professionally in the community and marketplace.
Operations & Field Leadership
* Oversee active job sites to ensure quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
* Manage and support field crews, ensuring company standards are met on every project.
* Assist with scheduling coordination and job execution as needed.
* Train, coach, and develop crew members on safety, customer service, and operational procedures.
* Address customer concerns and job-site challenges in a timely and professional manner.
* Monitor equipment, vehicles, and resources to ensure proper use and maintenance.
Training & Development
* Participate in ongoing professional and leadership development programs.
* Attend team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
* Contribute to a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
* Proven track record of achieving goals.
* Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
* Strong work ethic, ambition, and a results-oriented mindset.
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
* Leadership or team management experience preferred.
* Experience in power washing, home services, construction, landscaping, or a related industry is a plus but not required.
* Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
